Coffee Table

After reformatting my hardrive and cleaning up my laptop I thought I had lost designs I had previously done for a live edge coffe table my last semester of undergad. I bought a 3' slab of yellow birch at the lumber yard for $10 and was very driven to make something of it. Although I never got to mill the board when I had access to a large jointer and planer I am still determined to finish the piece. To solve the equiptment loss I might just rip it down the middle and butterfly a nice gap to complement the space at the top of each side piece.
