First Cut

Design has always been deeply ingrained in my being. From an early age I was drafting and designing everything from bird houses and tree forts to screen prints and clothing. I believe the power to design and create is essential for a successful and happy civilization. That said I also believe in the democratization of these skills and the tools they require. This is a personal blogging space and portfolio for me to record my efforts and experiences in the sustainable design world. My hope is to develop and system of sustainable production that will everyone to become there own designer, maker, problem solver, and craftsman.
